A new year, a new look. Sometimes you need a little less. I wanted a fresh start that looked fun while still projecting professionalism..  The old look just wasn't working for me. I adore packaging and design almost as much as making, so here's what I came up with. The business cards were only $14 with shipping from Vistaprint and I already had the stamps for the earring cards. Hooray for reusing what you already have!

Color is creeping into my work. I still love the plain peaceful white of clay and porcelain, but pops of color make me smile. So do dots and squiggles. Expect to see a bunch of them in my pieces this spring.

I am having a blast with the word plaques and these little tags. When you are enjoying what you make, you are happy. And when I'm happy, life is good. Have a great weekend.
